By using cryptomarket.wales you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time and the version published here is the one that applies.

Risk warning

You should be prepared to lose all the money you invest.

The value of cryptoassets can fall as well as rise, and can fall very quickly and by very large amounts. Past performance tells you nothing about future performance. Cryptoassets are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and you are unlikely to have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service in relation to the cryptoasset activity itself.

Registration of a firm with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 relates to anti-money-laundering supervision. It does not mean the FCA has approved that firm's products, assessed its pricing, or extended any compensation protection to your holdings. If a registered firm fails, you are likely to be an unsecured creditor.

We never hold, custody, transmit or have access to your money or your cryptoassets, and we will never ask you for a private key, a recovery phrase, a password or payment details. Anyone contacting you claiming to be from this site and asking for those things is attempting fraud. Report it to Action Fraud.

Accuracy and currency of information

We take reasonable care to ensure the information here is accurate at the time of publication, and we source it as described in our editorial policy. We cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free.

This subject changes quickly. Exchange fees, asset listings, bank policies and regulatory requirements all move, sometimes without announcement. Figures presented here reflect the most recent information available to us at the last review, and each page carries that date. Always verify anything you intend to rely on with the primary source.
