We read everything, though we cannot always reply individually and cannot give personal financial advice.
What we cannot help with
Personal financial advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and cannot tell you what to buy, how much, or when. For regulated advice, use the FCA's own directory of authorised firms.
Recovering lost or stolen crypto. We have no ability to trace, freeze or recover cryptoassets, and neither does anyone who contacts you offering to do so for an upfront fee. Report to Action Fraud and to your local police force. Our scams page explains the recovery-scam pattern that Welsh police have specifically warned about.
Account problems with an exchange. We have no relationship with any platform's support function. Contact the firm directly, and if the issue concerns the conduct of a UK-regulated business, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to consider a complaint.
Ranking requests. We do not add firms to our comparisons in exchange for payment, links, content or anything else. Our editorial policy sets out how coverage decisions are made.
